Digital Growth Engine

01 / The problem

Most businesses run marketing as disconnected tactics. Random acts of marketing. Feast and famine.

Predictable leads,engineered.

02 / What we buildStrategy, website, lead capture, traffic and automation, connected into one system that compounds.
See if this applies to you

03 / How it gets made

A website isderived, not decorated.

By the time anything gets drawn, we already know who it’s for, what it has to say, and what has to happen. That’s the difference between a website that looks expensive and one that pays for itself.

  1. First we ask Who it’s for.

We go through your business first. What you sell, who buys it, why they hesitate, and what a good month actually looks like. Most websites fail here, long before anyone opens a design tool.

  2. Then we decide Where it goes.

Every page gets one job and one next step. We map the site as a path rather than a menu, so the structure is decided before the look is.

  3. Only then do we draw How it feels.

The design serves the path we just mapped, which means nothing is on the page because it looked good in a template.

  4. And we build What it is.

Hand built, so there is nothing to maintain, nothing to renew, and nothing that breaks the week after you stop paying attention to it.

  5. And then it starts Earning.

This is where the site gets connected to the traffic that finds it, the capture that holds a lead, the follow-up that never forgets, and the data that tells you which part to fix next.

Do you actuallyneed a website?

Maybe not. Five questions will tell you more than a sales call will, and you get the answer either way. If the answer is no, we’ll say so.

06 / What founders ask

Questions founders askBefore building the system.

  • 1. How does this start?

Three steps, and you’ll know where you stand at each one. You fill in the form below, which takes about a minute. Then we have a short call: I ask about the business, what’s working, and what isn’t. It isn’t a pitch, it’s how we both work out whether there’s something worth doing here. If there is, we book the Growth Engine Roadmap Session, two to three hours where we map the business properly and decide what gets built next to reach your goal.

  • 2. Do I need a new website?

Often, no. A website that looks fine can still fail because the traffic reaching it is wrong, or the offer isn’t clear, or nothing follows up after someone enquires. Those are different problems with different fixes, and a rebuild solves none of them. The diagnosis comes first, and if a new site isn’t the highest-impact move, you won’t be sold one. Five questions will give you a rough answer right now.

  • 3. Do I have to commit to everything in the roadmap?

No. The roadmap is a document you own, prioritised so the highest-impact work sits at the top and you can see what each stage is worth. You can implement it with me, hand it to your own team, or sit on it. Most people start with the first one or two items and decide from there. Nothing about it is open-ended.

  • 4. How will I know it’s working?

Because we agree what to measure before anything gets built. Most businesses are watching numbers that feel like progress and don’t predict revenue: followers, impressions, raw traffic. We instrument the things that actually move the business, so in six months you can answer the question with evidence instead of a feeling.

  • 5. I already have someone doing my marketing. Does this replace them?

No, and it usually makes them more effective. The most common problem isn’t that the person is bad, it’s that nobody has told them which work matters most. A roadmap gives a freelancer or an in-house marketer a clear order of operations and a way to show what their work produced. Plenty of clients keep exactly the team they have.

  • 6. Is my business too small for this?

If you have customers and revenue and you want to keep growing, you’re the right size. This works best for businesses that have already proven people want what they sell and now need the growth to be predictable. If you’re still working out whether the offer lands at all, that’s a different job and I’ll tell you so.
